PAVESE

ENG - Pavese is a single family home project for a young family and their newborn baby. The plot is a merely square terrain of about 1000 sqm within a not particularly dense urban environment.

The ground level is 130 sqm wide with one master bedroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living/dining room and the kitchen are devided by a custom-made French door.  The color palette consists of the warm yellow/brown of the wooden floor, the white color of the walls and the dark grey of the hallway. The accent colors are relegated to the furniture. 

There are two staircaises that lead to the lower level, and exterior staircase made with subtle granite stone finishes and the interior staircase in the middle of the hallway. On the lower level there is a large living/dining room space with a fireplace as a focal point, a small kitchen and another bathroom secluded from the social space by a small corridor. 

The upper level is a small attic space for a studio suitable for a Work From Home needs
