ITA - In accordo con quanto previsto dal vigente Piano Regolatore, l'edificio consentirà una migliore fruizione del terreno, rafforzando la vocazione terziaria dell'area. Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un piccolo fabbricato annesso al fabbricato esistente e ad esso collegato tramite uno spazio distributivo che funge da filtro tra le due ali. A tal fine sarà necessario demolire un vecchio edificio in stato di abbandono e un tempo adibito a residenza del custode dell'Università di Agraria.
